Located in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. We operate from Cullen Bay specialising in bluewater reef and game fishing charters. We fish all of the major fishing spots around the Darwin region from Darwin Harbour to deep sea fishing. Below is a few of the fishing spots that we visit during our specific charters.
Areas fished include Fenton Patches, Fish Reef, Bass Reef, Lorna Shoals, The Pinnacles and North and South Gutter depending on the tides and weather. You will be chasing Jewfish, Mackerel, Tuna, Trevally, Golden Snapper, Coral Trout, Cod, Cobia plus other reef species depending on tides and areas fished.
Full day charter includes a full day of reef and game fishing up to 30 nautical miles offshore.
Departing Cullen Bay Ferry Terminal at 6 am and returning 3.30 pm.
Includes all fishing tackle, game rods and reels spooled with braided line, all bait and ice, all meals, ice water and experienced friendly crew.
BYO drinks or light alcohol (no glass please). We provide iced eskies on board.
Fish will be cleaned gilled, gutted or filleted and may be kept within NT bag limits.
Vessels are fully shaded with a toilet on board.

I have always wanted to have a deep sea game fishing experience. Didn’t expect to find one when we were travelling through Darwin. So glad I did.

Second time we have gone fishing with Arafura Bluewater Charters. Both times, we had a great day out on the water, and successfully caught lots of fish. The skipper and he’s deckie were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We would highly recommend this tour.

I had the pleasure of going on a full day charter with Dan and Lex. Both of the crew were extremely professional and guided us onto a variety of fish throughout the day, which included a shark of around 80 – 90kg which was a p.b. for me. Thank you for a most enjoyable day

Had great time… staff went out of their way to find fish.. and thats what a fishing charter should be… food was excellent… lived up to all my expectations… congrats to all…

The crew did a great job, getting us on the fish and worked hard to maximize fishing time by removing fish quickly and sorting out any snags and tangles without delay. Despite rough seas, the boat coped well and was comfortable. After finally landing a massive Jewfish after 25+ years of trying – I can highly recommend these guys for a top fishing experience!
