IMPORTANT INFORMATION
– Vietnamese cooking classes are a perfect solution for your Christmas Party, Birthday party, Anniversary, Hens Party, Bucks Party, Team Building Cooking, Work lunch and dinner or Corporate event. We can organise the This Cooking Class at your home or any chosen venue for 50+ people.
– In the event that you are unwell we ask that you send someone in your place. The participants who are not unwell will still be expected to attend. Alternatively, if you provide notice prior to the class, you are welcome to collect the ingredients and online recipe to take home with you after the class. Please note that this may not be possible as fresh meats and seafoods in all cases.
– Lateness: please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. We cannot accommodate or refund for those who arrival after the scheduled start time, even if you call ahead. The instructor will be expected to start on time and will not be able to repeat the health and safety and/or demonstrations at the beginning of the class.

I really enjoyed the Vietnamese cooking class at Otao Kitchen in Richmond! Learnt so much about the basic ingredients of Vietnamese food and very lucky to have the chance to taste some of the seasonal exotic Asian fruits. Chef Ha was very patient and engaging. The food was yummy and my favourite was the Pho noodle. It was a great Saturday afternoon spent and it was also lovely to meet new friendly people!

What a wonderful experience we had with Chef Ha making dumplings. His down to earth , welcoming and humorous approach to Vietnamese culture and cuisine made our day! It is a perfect experience for all occasions, I will definitely be back.

What a wonderful class! Chef Ha was welcoming and fun. Learning how to use those wonderful fresh (and not so scary) ingredients in the best tasting Vietnamese meals made for a fabulous time. Thank you Chef Ha for your patience and wonderful fun classes.
